For the 2021 season, in each MN Select Playdate / Tourney, each team will play in three best of three-set matches or the equivalent except in the 12 Short Division. Most often, teams will play in these three matches over approximately a four-hour period that could start as early as 7:30am or as last as 4:30pm. In the 12 Short Division, teams will play in two best of three-set matches most often back-to-back. We are willing to receive feedback about desired start time (morning, noon, or afternoon) through email to info@mnselect.com but cannot guarantee placement in the wave you request.Each MN Select Playdate / Tourney will be self-officiated / self-scored. The two participating teams will share in these responsibilities.MN Select has successfully hosted and administered league programs this summer and fall during the COVID-19 pandemic. We will continue to follow MDH and CDC guidelines and recommendations in an effort to minimize the spread of COVID-19 in our communities.If your club purchases program insurance with the JVA ($110/team), you should register your team in the JVA division for $135 or $90 for the 12 Short Division. If your club does NOT purchase JVA program insurance, you should register your team in the non-JVA division for $12 more, $147 or $102 for the 12 Short Division. Please register accurately. We will double check that all who register in the JVA division do in fact have JVA program insurance.
