This tournament is open to USAV, AAU, and JVA teams.  EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT Register between August 15th and August 31st and receive $50 OFF per team. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Registration alone does not guarantee acceptance into the event. Payment must be received in order to be accepted. Entry fees can be paid online via AES, or by mailing a check.  HOTELSTraveling Teams guarantees the lowest advertised rate on comparable rooms. All hotel rooms for this event must be booked through Traveling Teams. A link to book hotels will be available by Oct 1 at level12sports.com Exemption: Clubs located less than 75 miles from the event are not required to book a room through Traveling Teams. Email Tristan@level12sports.com for an exemption.  REFUND POLICY Teams that withdraw before December 31st will receive a 50% refund.Teams that withdraw after December 31st will receive a credit to apply toward another Level 12 event at the same price.
