Tournament entry requires registration through AES beginning July 1 2023. OVR teams will have their team code transferred to the OVR tournament information. Out of region teams will have their team name and code transferred as well. Team acceptance is based on AES entry and received entry fee. Team withdrawal causes loss of the entry fee unless a fully paid replacement team is entered.Tournament entry fee due January 15 $500 per team. Team entry fees can be paid with a check or through AES. If paying through AES, there will be a non-refundable 3% processing fee added to the entry fee.
