This is a for OVR National Division team only event. The top 18 Regional team(s) will not be invited unless there are openings as of February 26th. Only the top sixteen 18 National teams (as of Noon Tuesday, February 20th) of the teams registered will participate. This is NOT a first-come first-served event.
