ACCEPTANCE PROCESS:Teams will be accepted based on the following criteria: date of registration, date of payment, date of booking confirmation, & roster completionPlease make sure to submit the following:Register thru AESSubmit Online Payment– no checks will be acceptedBook your hotels Submit Roster through AES by March 8, 2024Refunds:WBYP must receive written notice of withdrawal by February 6, 2024, to be considered for a full refund.           WBYP must receive a written notice of withdrawal by February 20, 2024, to be considered for a 50% refund.     Team(s) dropping out by March 6, 2024, and later, will not be entitled to a refund.                                         In the event of a Force Majeure ( “Act of God” ) cancellation, all paid teams will be issued a full refund within 30 days of the scheduled Tournament date.If Government and/or Sanctioning Association rules and regulation changes affect the number of teams allowed to participate, those teams dropped – determined solely by WBYP will be entitled to a full refund within 30 days of the scheduled Tournament date.
