Payment & Refund Policies:Teams that are accepted into The Midwest Championships will require payment to be made by March, 31st. Any team with an unpaid balance after that time will be removed and placed on the waitlist.  Cancellation Policy:If the cancellation occurs on or before April, 8th we will issue a 100% refund to all participants. If the cancellation occurs on between April 8th and May 8th a 50% refund will be issued.  If the cancellation occurs after May 8th or not via e-mail will receive no refund. All cancellations must be made in writing to, Event Director, Alan Davis (ALAN@KIVASPORTS.NET.
