Teams of any affiliation may participate.  A team’s entry is reserved when payment is received. 100% refunds will be given to any team dropping before the age division is full and before the schedule is made.  Teams dropping after the age division is full, but before the schedule is made will receive a 75% refund.  Teams dropping after the schedule is made (usually 2 weeks prior to the event) will not receive a refund.  This tournament is open to teams of any affiliation.  To balance out ages, the seeding committee may on rare occasions move teams to different levels within the same age division based on seeding.
