Registration opens on Monday 11/13/2023 at 7:00 AM CST.  Registration does not guarantee acceptance.  Entry fee:  $490.00Teams requiring hotels (over 70 miles distance from venue) MUST BOOK HOTEL ROOMS through Tournament Housing Service (THS) as part of acceptance to play.Registration Fee must be PAID BY JANUARY 8, 2024TEAM CHECK-IN will be ONLINE ONLY through your AES account.REFUNDS:  NO REFUNDS will be issued to teams that drop after February 10, 2024. INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY:The tournament will not be cancelled due to weather. It is the decision of each coach and/or club whether their team should attempt to travel to a tournament in bad weather. Teams deciding not to attend tournament will NOT receive a refund of their tournament entry fee.  In addition, those teams must notify the tournament director prior to the start of the tournament that they will not participate.
