All members of each team must have a full 2023-24 USAV/AZ Region membership with current Background Screen, SafeSport Training and IMPACT, if applicable.Payments for the season are made according to the AZ Region tournament contract.Teams must notify the AZ Region office of the team not playing a minimum of 48 hours prior to a tournament date.  Late withdrawal or no-show fees will apply if a team drops within 48 hours.A current AES roster is required to be turned in to the site director of each tournament.
