All Game On Sports Tournaments will be a half day tournaments. Game On Sports Tournaments are the perfectopportunity for clubs to start their season and end their season in local San Antonio tournaments. To be accepted teams mustsatisfy the following criteria: Register on AES, submit entry fee payment, and have a Lone Star Region verified roster. Therewill be a Spectator Fee for this event. Please make the check out to Game On Sports. Payment must be postmarked by thedeadline date otherwise a $25 late fee will be assessed. An email must be sent to tournament@saevb.com prior to thedeadline date in order to withdraw from the event. Failure to do this will result in the entry fee still being required to be paid.Those teams not sending the email prior to the deadline and not paying the entry fee within a week of the tournament date willbe reported to the region. Any returned checks will result in an additional $50 fee
