12s & 14s girls – Saturday, December 216s & 18s girls – Sunday, December 3Each tournament is a one day tournament.  Teams only play on one day.  Teams who cancel their registration by 3:00 PM on October 2 will receive a full refund of their registration fees, less a $50 cancellation fee.  Teams who cancel after November 6 at 3:00 PM, for any reason, will receive no refund.  Credit card processing fees are non-refundable.CEVA does not have access to the individual AES Accounts of clubs.  It is your responsibility to understand how to access AES and how to register for events.  The CEVA office also does not control the technical capabilities of the AES system.  Acceptance into tournaments is based on the timestamp of your registration in AES and if you have paid the registration fee.  This tournament accepts payments on an “OK to Pay” model.  If a team registers for an event and falls within the tournament capacity, the team’s status will be changed from “Pending” to “OK to Pay” within 1 business day of registration.  This will open the payment portal.  Once this status changes, you have 48 hours to submit payment.  When payment is submitted, your status will be changed to “Accepted.”  Failure to submit payment within 48 hours will result in the registration being rejected and the team being moved to the end of the waiting list.  Registration for events is first-come, first-served.  The timestamp of your registration in AES still matters under this policy.More information:  www.cevaregion.org/kickoff
