All teams are guaranteed at least 5 matches over the course of the two day event.Admission: This year’s event will have an admission fee for parents/spectators. Children 6 and under are free. Teams will be issued a coaching credential wristband for each ADULT they have listed on their AES roster. Spectators will be able to purchase a colored wristband at the door each day, beginning at 7:00am, that will gain them admission to the playing venue.Team Check-in: There will NOT be a coaches meeting. However COACHES OR CLUB DIRECTORS MUST check in their teams (consists of signing the roster and picking up coaching credential pass(s)) at the playing venue. On site Team check in will be at the PA Farm Show on Friday Mach 27, 2020. Times will be announced one week before the event.Facility Rules: Ball Handling is NOT allowed outside of the exhibit halls in the facility. Coolers and outside food and drink are NOT ALLOWED in the venue. Only water and sports drinks may be brought inside the facilities. Violation of these policies or any other general misbehavior’s may result in IMMEDIATE dismissal from the facility for the remainder of the day.Trainers: There will be a trainer available to tape ankles and assist with minor injuries at each facility.Non-negotiable Refund Policy: All teams wishing to withdraw from the tournament should email results@krva.org no later than 30 days before the event and will receive a full refund. Teams that withdraw after 30 days before the event will not receive a refund.  The Girls Bid event is a separate division embedded within the Champions Cup.  Please note additional entry requirements below. Acceptance into the event will require that a team is fully registered in AES for the 2022 USAV Girls Junior National Championships.Entry Fees must also be paid to the Region Office. No exceptions.Finally teams also have to compete in 2 KRVA events Prior to the Champion’s Cup.Please Note: Your teams entry into the Bid Divisions and qualifying finish is your automatic acceptance of a BID to GJNC. If your team does not wish to go to the GJNC please register in the CHAMP division.
