IMPORTANT–BACKGROUND SCREENS REQUIRED BY JVA!   YOU DONT HAVE TO BE A MEMBER OF JVA BUT WILL HAVE TO BUY A BACKGROUND SCREEN FOR ALL ADULTS HELPING WITH YOUR TEAMS–HOWEVER IF YOU ARE A USAV –IT WILL COUNT–OR GO IN JVA AND PURCHASE ONE IF YOU DONT HAVE A CURRENT USAV or JVA BACKGROUND CHECKhttps://jvavolleyball.org/membership/manage-your-club/background-screenings-aps/This is a JVA sanctioned and insured event…any team can play in the event ( AAU, USAV, JVA or no affiliation at all)We pay to insure the teams–there are no memberships to an organization required though  most teams belong to AAU, JVA, or USAVNo refunds under any circumstances after May 1, 2024..50% refund from registration entry date up to April 30, 2024….this is a first come-first serve paid entry event–you must be paid to be confirmed on a space available basisThis Event is for 13u Girls thru 18u Girls—teams can play up divisions if desired–waivered players are permitted-Rosters are not frozen with but initial due by June 1..you can change at any time until check”’ we prefer them in AES as soon as possible–we will run rosters from AES June1, 2024 and if not  in AES you will need to hand carry a copy at check in–you can make changes at any time before the event begins–there are  no frozen rosters
