Ages: 10-18Open to all USAV participantsRegistration:   Advance Event Systems (AES)Registration opens Oct 1, 2023Registration will close on Feb 16, 2024Registration Fee & Deadlines:Oct 1, 2023 thru Dec 31, 2023:  $495Jan 1, 2024 thru Jan 31, 2024:  $545Feb 2, 2024 thru Feb16, 2024:  $595Roster Deadline:Roster must be completed & verified in AES by February, 23, 2024.  All Rosters completed or changed after February, 23, 2024 will have a $50 late roster/change fee added to their account.Age Waivers: The Bayou Region does not grant waivers, nor are waivers from other regions accepted.Boys: The Bayou Region allows boys to play with and against girls teams in 10s, 12s, 13s, and 14s.?Team Drops and Refund Policy for Tournament Central Events including USAV and AAU Super Regionals.Teams that drop out 40 days or more prior to the first start date of the registered tournament, will be refunded their entry fee minus a 20% service charge.  Teams that drop after that will not receive a refund.Teams that chose to go to another related / hosted tournament may have 100% of their entry fees transferred to the other tournament.   Must be done at least 2 weeks prior to start date of tournament.
