OVR teams will have their team code transferred to the OVR tournament information. Out of region teams will have their team name and code transferred as well. Team acceptance is based on AES entry and received entry fee. Team withdrawal causes loss of the entry fee unless a fully paid replacement team is entered.Team entry fees ($495) are due by December 15, 2023 and can be paid with a check or through AES. If paying through AES, there will be a non-refundable 3% processing fee added to the entry fee. Tournament entry fees paid with a check will be deposited two weeks before the tournament. If by check, please send a separate check for each OVR tournament that you have teams entered.
