Admission: This year’s event if FREE to parents and spectators. There is a parking fee per car.Team Check-in: There will NOT be a coaches meeting. However COACHES OR CLUB DIRECTORS MUST check in their teams (consists of signing the roster). Facility Rules: Ball Handling is NOT allowed outside of the exhibit halls in the facility. Coolers and outside food and drink are NOT ALLOWED in the venue. Only water and sports drinks may be brought inside the facilities. Violation of these policies or any other general misbehavior’s may result in IMMEDIATE dismissal from the facility for the remainder of the day.Trainers: There will be a trainer available to tape ankles and assist with minor injuries at each facility. Athletes must provide their own tape.Non-negotiable Refund Policy: All teams wishing to withdraw from the tournament should email results@krva.org no later than 30 days before the event and will receive a full refund. Teams that withdraw within 30 days of the events will not receive a refund. Acceptance Policy: Team are accepted in a first come first serve order of registration. Once a division is full, teams not accepted will be placed on a waiting list in order of registration and payment received.
