Winners receive a FREE* entry into the AAU National Championships in Orlando, FL. *Winning teams in age divisions with 8 or more teams will receive a free entry fee to the AAU Junior National Volleyball Championships. In divisions with less than 8 teams, the entry fee will be discounted.  All teams must register for the event by the appropriate deadline.  The National Championships is open to any team, no qualifying required.  For complete rules and guidelines for Super Regional or Grand Prix events, please visit www.aauvolleyball.org. THIS IS NOT A STAY AND PLAY EVENT Admission: This year’s event has a spectator fee of $20. There is a parking fee of $10 per car.Team Check-in: There will NOT be a coaches meeting. However COACHES OR CLUB DIRECTORS MUST check in their teams (consists of signing the roster). On site Team check in will be at the Farm Show Saturday morning starting at 730 AM.Facility Rules: Ball Handling is NOT allowed outside of the exhibit halls in the facility. Coolers and outside food and drink are NOT ALLOWED in the venue. Only water and sports drinks may be brought inside the facilities. Violation of these policies or any other general misbehavior’s may result in IMMEDIATE dismissal from the facility for the remainder of the day.Trainers: There will be a trainer available to tape ankles and assist with minor injuries at each facility.Non-negotiable Refund Policy: All teams wishing to withdraw from the tournament should email valerie@rustbucketvolleyball.com no later than 30 days before the event and will receive a full refund. Teams that withdraw within 30 days of the events will not receive a refund. Acceptance Policy: Team are accepted in a first come first serve order of registration. Once a division is full, teams not accepted will be placed on a waiting list in order of registration and payment received.
