REFUND POLICY: A full refund will be given provided we receive written/email notification by December 5th at 5PM [info@trianglevolleyball.org]. There will be no refunds for withdrawn or dropped teams after this date.EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY: In the event that City of Oaks is cancelled due to any reason, Triangle Volleyball Club and the City of Oaks tournament staff will make every effort to refund the majority of each team’s entry fee (less any credit card processing fees) after an accounting of all recoverable expenses. Minimally, teams should expect that $50 of each team’s registration fee will be retained and considered nonrefundable in the event of a cancellation to cover tournament administrative fees.BALLERTV: The City of Oaks Challenge will partner with BallerTV for 2024 to bring LIVE tournament streaming to families and spectators who are unable to attend the event. More details will be available closer to the event. HOTELS: This is NOT a Stay-to-Play event*. However, Team Travel Source tournament housing has been contracted to assist teams with reduced rate hotel accommodations. See the City of Oaks webpage for hotel links. NOTE: TTS has secured all available double rooms at the three (3) downtown, walking distance hotels – the Raleigh Marriott City Center, Sheraton Raleigh Downtown, and Residence Inn Downtown. TEAM ACCEPTANCE requires AES entry, receipt of payment in full, either online or via check and team must be a registered USAV team. Checks can be mailed to: Triangle Volleyball Club, 121 Competition Center Drive, Morrisville, NC 27560. Team acceptance can be delayed for any teams that have not completed all USAV/Region team registration requirements.TEAM ROSTERS: as soon as your team rosters become available you should create your City of Oaks Challenge team roster so that appropriate staff and families receive important tournament email updates.
