Admission:  This year’s event will have an admission fee for spectators. Teams will be issued a coaching credential wristband for each ADULT they have listed on their roster. Spectators will be able to purchase a colored wristband at the door each day, beginning at 7:00am, that will gain them admission to the playing venue for that day.Team Check-in: There will NOT be a coaches meeting. However COACHES OR CLUB DIRECTORS MUST check in their teams (consists of signing the roster). On site Team check in will be Saturday morning starting at 7 AM.Facility Rules: Ball Handling is NOT allowed outside of the exhibit halls in the facility. Coolers and outside food and drink are NOT ALLOWED in the venue. Only water and sports drinks may be brought insidethe facilities. Violation of these policies or any other general misbehavior’s may result in IMMEDIATE dismissal from the facility for the remainder of the day.Trainers: There will be a trainer available to tape ankles and assist with minor injuries at each facility.Non-negotiable Refund Policy: All teams wishing to withdraw from the tournament should email results@krva.org no later than 30 days before the event and will receive a full refund. Teams that withdraw within 30 days of the events will not receive a refund. Acceptance Policy: Team are accepted in a first come first serve order of registration. Once a division is full, teams not accepted will be placed on a waiting list in order of registration and payment received. The Freedom Bid event includes separate divisions embedded within the Lucky Charm Classic. The first place team will be awarded the Freedom Bid to GJNC. Must be a registered KRVA team in good standingEntry fees must be paid to the Region Office by the deadlineTeam must be registered in AES for the USAV Girls Junior National ChampionshipsPlease Note: Your team’s entry into the Bid Division and qualifying finish is your automatic acceptance of a BID to GJNC. If your team does not wish to go to the GJNC please register in the CHAMP division.
