Payment & Refund Policies:Teams that are accepted into The Adidas Bluegrass Tournament will require payment to be made by Friday, December, 15th. Any team with an unpaid balance after that time will be removed and a team from the wait list will be granted entry.  Cancellation Policy:If the cancellation occurs before Friday, January, 19th we will issue a 100% refund to all participants. If the cancellation occurs after Friday, January, 19th and before Friday, February, 2nd there will be a 50% refund issued. A cancellation must occur via e-mail to Event Director (ALAN@KIVASPORTS.NET). Any team that drops after Friday, February 2nd or not in writing via e-mail will receive no refund.   HOUSINGTeam Travel Source is our official housing provider for Adidas Bluegrass Tournament. Housing for the Adidas Bluegrass Tournament will open at 12:00PM EST on Monday, October 2, 2023.Playing WAVES & HOTELS:The Adidas Bluegrass Tournament intends to release playing waves by December 22nd. ** Please note that the playing waves released will be the INTENDED waves. You may want to consider a two-night stay regardless of your original playing wave. **
