A team’s entry is reserved when payment is received. 100% refunds will be given to any team dropping before the age division is full and before the schedule is made.  Teams dropping after the age division is full, but before the schedule is made will receive a 75% refund.  Teams dropping after the schedule is made (usually 2 weeks prior to the event) will not receive a refund.  This is a multi-facility tournament.  All facilities are within 15-20 minutes drive, though some are in Illinois and some are Indiana.  For this reason, this event is listed twice on AES.  This allows clubs to find the event more easily.  Your team will be booked in both events on AES, but in reality there is only 1 event, with multiple locations.  Teams registering for either event can be placed at either location.This tournament is open to teams of any affiliation.  To balance out ages, the seeding committee may on rare occasions move teams to different levels within the same age division based on seeding.  This event is NOT a stay to play event.  Affordable housing options can be found on www.epicvolleyball.org website.
