For the 2023 season, in each MN Select Tournament teams will play in a minimum of four best of three-set matches or the equivalent. Most often, teams will play in 4 team pools over approximately a six-hour period, followed by single elimination bracket play. Tournaments will start at 8:00am. We will not host a tournament without at least 5 teams, but prefer a minimum of 6 teams.All MN Select Tournament matches will be officiated / scored by an assigned work team. Paid officials are NOT provided.Tournament champions will receive shirts.Competition will be held at MN Select Volleyball Center, 8686 Valley Forge Ln N, Maple Grove, MN, 55369.If your club purchases program insurance with the JVA ($110/team), you should register your team in the appropriate JVA age division for $150. If your club does NOT purchase JVA program insurance, you should register your team in the appropriate non-JVA age division for $162. Please register accurately. We will double check that all who register in the JVA divisions do in fact have JVA program insurance.Registration Fee Refund PolicyIf a team wishes to withdraw from the event, the following refund schedule will apply – please register carefully:• Withdraw 4 weeks or more prior to the tournament – Refund of full registration fee less $20 non-refundable deposit• Withdraw 14-27 days prior to the tournament – Refund of ½ registration fee less $20 non-refundable deposit• Withdraw 0-13 days prior to the tournament – No RefundWe will continue to follow MDH and CDC guidelines and recommendations in an effort to minimize the spread of COVID-19 in our communities.
