Teams entering into this event are agreeing to accept an Evergreen Region Bid to USAVolleyball’s Girls Junior National Championships. The ERVA has three (3) bids to award, National, American & Freedom. If not enough teams register for a playoff event to take place then the ERVA Office will contact the registered clubs to present alternate options for awarding bids.Please take note of the following information regarding this event:This event is open to Evergreen Region teams ONLYTeams MUST also participate in the ERVA Regional Championships Teams MUST participate in three (3) ERVA events to be eligible for the Bid & Regional Championships. (PNQ counts as one, the bid and regionals DO NOT count towards the total)Teams who accept a bid and drop from the GJNC are subject to sanctions from USAV & ERVA.Teams who drop past the DROP deadline of March 1, 2024 will be subject to the following sanctions:12.1.1  Teams who drop from ERVA Bid Tournament after designated drop date: 12.1.1.1       Loss of ERVA Bid Tournament entry fee12.1.1.2       $500 fine12.1.1.3       CLUB may NOT register any teams in the ERVA Bid Tournament the following season.
