In order to be considered for an At Large bid in the Open, USA or Liberty divisions, a team must:1) Register for an At Large bid in AES2) Play in at least one qualifier in the division they are registering for an At Large bid in AND finish in the top half of the field at least once3) Have all their results entered in AES. USAV will upload the results from National Qualifiers that do not use AES for scheduling. Any other events that a team plays in, that do not use AES scheduling, will be the responsibility of the team to download their correct results.FAILURE TO HAVE COMPLETE AND CORRECT RESULTS IN AES WILL DISQUALIFY A TEAM FROM AT LARGE BID CONSIDERATION
