USF College Prospect Camp III
Description:
Our College Prospect Camp is for those who are pursuing to play collegiate beach volleyball in college. Must be serious about your training and dedicated to play and train at a high level.
You will be trained using the USF methodology of training, competing and mindset that future USF players will be trained as. Skills, offensive and defensive systems and mindset will be used at a very high level. The camp will be run by the USF coaching staff and local club coaches.
Tentative Schedule:
- Day 1: Oversight of all individual skills and intro to offensive and defensive systems
- 8:00a-12:00p: Training
- 12:00p-1:00p: Lunch Break (bring your own, or may leave with an adult to grab lunch)
- 1:00p-4:30p: Training
- Day 2: Game like drills and competition games
- 9:00a-1:00p: Training
